Exciting news to share today! A Finding Arizona Podcast feature and a fun Phoenix family portrait session with none other than the Acevedo Family!

Like most great millennial friendships of the 21st century, I first connected with Brittany through Instagram. She initially reached out to see if I would be available for a family portrait session in her historic Phoenix home. I said yes without a second thought! We began planning the session, discussing the perfect time of day for the best lighting in their library and what to wear. Then she asked another question…

As the producer of the Finding Arizona Podcast, she asked if I would interview after the portrait session. After falling in love with my work online, the team wanted to share my business with the state of Arizona. The Finding Arizona Podcast. Jose and Brittany were so warm and welcoming the minute I arrived. Showing me around their stunning home, we enjoyed a cup of coffee together, chatting as the sun started to rise.

Then magic happened in their classic and colorful library. The space is so bright and beautiful with large french doors that let in the perfect amount of light. We captured so many cherished family photos that I can’t wait to see hanging on their walls. Atlas, their adorable son, was so cheerful during the entire session. I loved seeing him show off his favorite toys and capturing the bond between each of the family members! Take a peek at some of my favorite images from the session below:

Brittany, Jose, and Atlas made this family session an absolute dream! My schedule is so busy I typically can only take a few family sessions on per year. The Acevedo family is definitely a favorite for 2023! We had such a great synergy during the shoot, it felt like getting together with old friends.
